From the moment I entered Sarve’s therapy room, I felt comforted and understood. Sarve designed a bespoke recording for me with small details she picked up from our conversations and I loved it! I can’t wait to listen to it every night, I smile while absorbing and saying yes to every word, as it’s put just right! It has only been a few days, but the change is in motion! I started eating slowly, chewing the food longer and I now stop when nearly full with no effort. You are made to feel very welcome and comfortable before your session starts and and also advised of how the session is run to help prevent any nerves or anxiety.
